The Clubhouse Locker Room Attendant is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse at Trump International, home to The Greatest 36 holes in golf. 

The clubhouse lies at the heart of the resort and is the centre point of resort activity. The clubhouse is also home to The Dunes Restaurant & Bar, Pro-shop and changing facilities.  This role involves the daily cleaning of the Clubhouse Locker Rooms and front of house areas, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of fineness and cleanliness.

Working closely with the Clubhouse Manager and Housekeeping Manager, the Clubhouse Locker Room Attendant executes 5-star guest experiences at the Clubhouse for golfers, members, residents, visitors and guests.

This role operates on a shift-based system including evening and weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of the business.

Contract: Fixed Term, Full-Time, April - September

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake cleaning activities, within the Clubhouse Locker Rooms, Rest Rooms and wider front of house areas
• Ensure all front of house areas are immaculate and fully stocked at all times
• Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
• Assist guests with any queries in respect of their visit, directing them to the appropriate member of the team as necessary
• Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
• Report any missing or damaged items, ensuring they are replaced and repaired
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks when required 
• Comply with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations rules in line with company policies
