Key responsibilities will include:
* Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand
* Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas
* Provide an opening and closing inventory of spirits
* Suggest and assist with the creation of the cocktail list
* Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times and provide recommendations as required.

Candidate requirements
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Ability to communicate freely in the local language
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, bar environment
Previous experience of the 5-star luxury market
Knowledge and experience of drinks preparation
