POSITION
We are seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Trump Turnberry. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in managing and developing the resort’s social media presence, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and effectively engages target audiences. This includes planning, creating, and publishing high-quality content that promotes the resort’s facilities, associates, and guest experience. In addition to social media, the role will support the wider marketing team with campaign execution and day-to-day marketing activities.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, ideally suited to an individual who is creatively driven and highly organised with strong interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and the Campaign Manager to plan and deliver the resort’s social media strategy, creating luxury, on-brand content that promotes all areas of the resort (Golf, Spa, Food & Beverage, Rooms, leisure activities, weddings & events) while collaborating with associates across departments to bring the guest experience to life
Collaborate with all internal departments and the Trump corporate team to promote key offerings, events, and seasonal campaigns
Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, posting, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Analyse performance metrics and deliver monthly insights to optimise engagement
Coordinate press visits, media requests, and influencer partnerships
Support paid campaign execution with external agencies
Maintain resort website and third-party platform content
Collaborate with designers and printers on marketing collateral
Manage administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, managing email databases and providing general support to the team as needed
SKILLS
Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Self-starting approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
Genuine enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and guest experience
