·       A genuine passion for delivering and exceptional guest experience
·       Enthusiastic and confident figure who is able to motivate and inspire the team in a busy environment
·       Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
·       Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
·       Are eligible to work full-time in the UK
