Our Junior Sous Chef

• Has experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen
• Is confident running the pass and leading service
• Is a natural team player who thrives under pressure
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Takes pride in cooking with fresh, quality ingredients
• Has a genuine passion for food and consistently high standards
• Can lead, support and motivate the kitchen team during service
• Maintains a calm and professional approach when the pressure is on
• Ensures food safety, health and safety and kitchen standards are always maintained
• Is ambitious and keen to develop their career within a growing restaurant group
• Is eligible to work full-time in the UK
