Two Boots Pizza is in a class by itself, offering the only coast-to-coast premium pizza by the slice in America. Coming up on our 30th Anniversary next year, we're a company with deep ties to our long-time staff, with deep roots in all of our communities and with big plans to continue our growth. And we're a company Buzzfeed says is one of the "18 Pizza Joints You Must Try Before You Die."
We believe we can change the world for the better, one slice at a time, and are looking for dynamic people to join us in that mission. Join us!
Founded in the East Village of Manhattan, Two Boots now has 15 locations coast-to-coast (including Citi Field, Nashville, & Los Angeles) and more on the way! New locations include FiDi, D.C., Empire Outlets on Staten Island, plus our new World Wide HQ in Long Island City. We're still a family-owned and operated company and offer a unique and challenging environment to allow for professional and personal growth.
Managers are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day functions of their stores including: staffing, training, schedules and payroll, quality control, addressing customer complaints, communicating with vendors, management of loss prevention, mastering POS & online ordering systems, community outreach, and more. Most importantly, our General Managers are expected to oversee the store P&L and meet company goals.
Two Boots GMs need to be able to adapt to a variety of situations to ensure the safety of both customers and employees, and to create the best possible experience for the guests and their staff. The General Manager reports directly to our Director of Operations.
We are looking for the next generation of great Two Boots Leaders - join us in our exciting future!
