Chef de Partie – Union Bar Chiswick (Mon–Fri focus)

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Union Bar Chiswick. This role is mainly Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance, with only occasional Saturdays required.

We are closed on Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year, giving you proper time off during the festive period.

The Role

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

  • Deliver consistently high-quality food

  • Contribute to weekly specials and menu ideas

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation

  • Work efficiently during busy service


The Successful Candidate Will

  • Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people

  • Have experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Be a team player

  • Be fluent in English

  • Have a passion for great food and hospitality
