Job description
We are currently interviewing for Manager roles at both our Lexington and Bryant Park locations. Managers at Untamed are team leaders who help drive the culture that makes Untamed such a unique place to work. They are responsible for the day to day success of the team and the store and take on the most challenging jobs each day with a big smile on their face.

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for talking about and eating great food
Demonstrate leadership skills through action
Go the extra mile to "surprise and delight" customers and colleagues
Not just be willing, but be eager to get their hands dirty
Be organized
Be genuine, honest and fair with everyone
Take more pride in the work of those that they lead than in their own work
Manage closing procedures accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate expert level knowledge of all front of the house processes and procedures
Demonstrate cursory knowledge of kitchen procedures and processes, especially around closing
Demonstrate ability to train new team members
Be goal oriented

Also, MUST HAVE A NYC FOOD HANDLERS LICENSE
