Job Summary
The Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution
of marketing initiatives across an assigned portfolio of VE Hospitality Group
restaurants and concepts. Reporting to the CMO/CCO, this is a hands-on role
combining marketing execution, digital presence, brand support, and close
partnership with restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of marketing
experience, is creative, organized, sales-minded, and eager to develop within
hospitality. This role is designed for someone who can take ownership of
assigned projects while continuing to develop broader strategic marketing
experience under the guidance of senior marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Build and execute marketing calendars for assigned
restaurants and concepts under the direction of the CMO/CCO.
- Support campaigns from concept through execution and
results review.
- Apply SMART principles - Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound - to marketing initiatives.
- Support integrated campaigns using the PESO model -
Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends
and opportunities.
Digital, Social & Reputation
- Support social media, email marketing, online listings,
and digital campaigns.
- Maintain restaurant profiles across Google Business,
Yelp, OpenTable, Resy, and similar platforms.
- Support SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives in
partnership with leadership and external resources.
- Monitor guest reviews and reputation trends and
communicate relevant feedback to Operations.
- Coordinate content calendars, photo/video shoots, and
digital assets.
Brand & Restaurant Marketing
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and physical
guest touchpoints, including menus, signage, packaging, uniforms, promotions,
and restaurant collateral.
- Visit assigned restaurants regularly to understand
operations, guest experience, and marketing opportunities.
- Partner with Operators, General Managers, Chefs, and
Corporate teams to support successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist restaurant teams with implementing promotions,
campaigns, events, openings, and activations.
Partnerships, PR & Events
- Support influencer outreach, local partnerships,
sponsorships, and community marketing opportunities.
- Assist with public relations and local media
opportunities under the direction of marketing leadership.
- Support marketing for restaurant events, private dining,
openings, and special activations.
Performance & ROI
- Track marketing spend and assigned budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reservations,
traffic, guest feedback, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare results and recommendations for the CMO/CCO.
- Maintain a sales-driven mindset, understanding
that marketing initiatives should ultimately support traffic, reservations,
guest engagement, brand awareness, and revenue.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of marketing experience preferred.
- Hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, lifestyle,
retail, or other consumer-facing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,
Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be
considered.
- Working knowledge of social media, digital marketing,
content, email marketing, and online reputation platforms.
- Exposure to SEO, AEO, GEO, paid media, PR, or integrated
marketing is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple concepts, projects, deadlines,
and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English required; Spanish/bilingual preferred.
- Creative, organized, collaborative, resilient, and
comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and working directly with
restaurant and corporate leadership.
Working Conditions
- This is a multi-unit, hands on role requiring regular
visits to assigned restaurants. The Marketing Manager must be able to work a
flexible schedule based on business needs, including occasional evenings and
weekends for events, openings, activations, and restaurant initiatives. Travel
within the assigned portfolio may be required.
- Miami: Corporate Office with recurring visits throughout the East Coast
portfolio.
- Las Vegas: Based at an assigned restaurant with recurring visits throughout the West
Coast portfolio.
