Job Title: Multi-Unit Manager – Coffee Concepts 

Position Summary

The Multi-Unit Manager – Coffee Concepts is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, profitability, and brand standards of multiple quick-service coffee locations. This role provides leadership to store managers, ensures consistent guest experiences, drives sales and labor optimization, and supports talent development across all assigned units. The position partners closely with Operations, HR, and Support teams to execute company initiatives and support growth.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Performance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple QSR coffee locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned stores

  • Analyze P&L statements, labor reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve operational and performance goals

  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning for management roles

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Guest Experience & Brand Execution

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all locations

  • Address and resolve escalated guest concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Execute promotions, product launches, and company initiatives consistently across units

Financial & Labor Management

  • Manage labor budgets, scheduling efficiency, and cost controls

  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste to maximize profitability

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute action plans to meet financial targets

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with HR on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters

  • Collaborate with Training, Marketing, and Operations teams to support business objectives

  • Provide regular reporting and communication on store performance, challenges, and opportunities


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, fast-casual, or coffee concepts

  • Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing management teams

  • Experience managing P&L, labor, and operational metrics

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to travel regularly between locations

  • Proficiency with POS systems, labor management tools, and Microsoft Office or similar platforms


Preferred Qualifications

  • Coffee or beverage-focused QSR experience

  • Experience supporting new store openings or remodels

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus


Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout store locations for extended periods
