Instead of being confined to a single task, you will be cross-trained to handle multiple aspects of the business—from customer service and order preparation to maintaining location standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional overall experience.
Daily Operations: Assist with food/beverage preparation, restock inventory, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Location Maintenance & Cleaning: Conduct opening/closing duties, and ensure the location is thoroughly cleaned and organized at the end of your assigned shift.
A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, specifically afternoon and evening shifts (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM availability is a major plus).
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate!
