We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Concept Manager to act as the "boots on the ground" guardian for our Coffee House concept. While the Director focuses on the long-term vision and high-level strategy, the Concept Manager is responsible for the daily execution and brand integrity across our 4 locations.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes coffee culture and hospitality. You will be the primary link between our corporate goals and the store-level teams, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, every event is executed flawlessly, and the "vibe" of the brand remains impeccable.
Daily Brand Audits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure all 4 locations meet the concept’s high standards for cleanliness, atmosphere, lighting, and music.
Event Execution: Oversee the logistics of our event calendar. You’ll work with onsite teams to set up, coordinate vendors/talent, and ensure guests have a seamless experience.
Quality Control: Calibrate regularly with Lead Baristas to ensure beverage quality and speed of service are consistent across the board.
Training & Development: Onboard new team members into the brand culture. You’ll ensure staff aren't just making coffee, but are acting as ambassadors of the Coffee House concept.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors (bakeries, roasters, event suppliers) and ensure locations have the specialized supplies needed for daily operations and special activations.
Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze guest feedback and store performance data, reporting directly to the Concept Director with actionable insights for improvement.
Experience: 3–5 years in hospitality management. Experience managing high-volume cafés or bars with a strong event component is a major plus.
Organizational Skills: A master of logistics who can juggle the needs of four different locations and a busy events schedule without breaking a sweat.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square), scheduling software, and basic inventory management platforms.
Hospitality Mindset: A "no task too small" attitude—you are willing to jump behind the bar or move furniture for an event if it means the guest experience stays perfect.
Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the local market and what drives community engagement.
