Job Purpose

The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all dining room areas, including coffee stations, drink stations, snack stations, and seating areas, are welcoming, fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing. This highly guest-facing role requires a professional, polished, and hospitable demeanor, with the ability to anticipate needs, engage warmly with guests, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit. The Dining Room Attendant is an ambassador of the restaurant, ensuring service excellence that reflects 50 Eggs Hospitality Group’s standards.

Essential Functions

  1. Warmly welcome guests with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

  2. Lead the daily setup and presentation of breakfast, lunch, and snack displays to brand standards.

  3. Proactively monitor coffee, beverage, and snack stations to ensure they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.

  4. Anticipate guest needs by checking in regularly and offering assistance without being intrusive.

  5. Clear tables and refresh dining areas promptly to maintain a polished, inviting environment at all times.

  6. Maintain the cleanliness and order of all dining spaces, including furniture, floors, service stations, and outdoor seating.

  7. Provide attentive and personalized service for executives, VIP guests, and special events as required.

  8. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely replenishment of items and seamless guest service.

  9. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and urgency, escalating to management when necessary.

  10. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.

  11. Adhere to uniform, grooming, and appearance standards at all times.

  12. Support the overall service cycle and assist other team members as needed.


Qualifications and Competencies
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining or hospitality environment (preferred).

  2. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  3. Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly and appropriately.

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  5. Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and positive attitude.

  6. Strong ability to remain calm, tactful, and composed under pressure.

  7. Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  8. High energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

  9. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
