As the General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive.
You'll spend your days:
? Coaching and developing future leaders
? Building a positive, high-performing culture
? Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
? Leading a team of up to 75 team members
? Delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
? Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
? Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and food quality
? Monitoring restaurant financial performance
? Leading monthly team meetings and celebrating wins
? Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and company standards
? Partnering with your Area Manager & Director of Operations to continually improve the business
