• 10+ years of managerial experience.

A Day In The Life

The Vice President of Operations for Via 313 is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the company. You will ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

You will be leading a senior management team and assisting in identifying, hiring, and training employees while maintaining a great working relationship with Savory value-add departments; marketing, people operations, training, human resources, accounting, financial planning, and development. As the VP of Operations, you will set the tone, pace, and atmosphere in the Via 313 workplace to build a productive culture.
