POSITION: Back of House Training Manager reports directly to the brand’s VP of Operations.
The Back of House Training Manager will be primarily responsible for the creation, dissemination and implementation of new training processes and procedures for BACK OF HOUSE positions. The Back of House Training Manager will facilitate in-store trainings, follow-up and maintain consistency across the brand on policies and procedures and be responsible for the logistics, execution and coordination of New Store Opening training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be able to see a project to completion – concept, testing, implementation, training and execution
• Must be available for ongoing support and follow-up
• Assist in creating behavioral mapping for Lobby, Wheel, Meats, Cashier, and Off-Premise positions
• Work side by side with Lobby, Wheel, Meats, Cashier, and Off-Premise positions to ensure that behaviors exhibited match the appropriate behavioral mapping • Document, take pictures, and record behavior of employees to help create Lobby, Wheel, Meats, Cashier, and Off-Premise position training
• Assist in creating training material and present this material in all assigned locations • Change, update, and adapt training material based off feedback collected • Implement all new policy and procedure trainings for Lobby, Wheel, Meats, Cashier, and Off-Premise positions
• Facilitate in-store and restaurant support center training
• Organize, communicate, and execute New Store Opening (NSO) processes • Collaborate with DMs and restaurant leadership to implement new training processes • Update and adapt all restaurant processes to meet Founder expectations • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organizational process development (checklist updates, creation and training)
• Conduct quality control tests for Lobby, Wheel, Meats, Cashier, and Off-Premise positions
• Responsible for executing the training of all Lobby, Wheel, Meats, Cashier, and Off Premise positions hired across the brand
• Assist with any other need as required by upper management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Be at least 21 years of age
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience at Via 313
• Management experience at Via 313
• A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 4 to 5 years of experience in business, management, marketing, or a related field
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite
