As a Bartender, you will act as an ambassador for the exceptional service and cocktail that are hallmarks of our Notting Hill bar. Bartenders are hosts for the guests at the bar, personally guiding their individual experience while executing world class cocktails.

Bartenders approach their work with an unmatched sense of urgency, patience and attention to detail. They seek to communicate every last detail to their team members, and work closely with all members of the bar team to ensure that all of our guests’ needs are attended to. Bartenders are caring and approachable while showing grace and calm under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests upon arrival, explain the menu, make drinks, ring in all transactions and engage their guests throughout their meal.
• They set an atmosphere of ease, comfort, and fun. They will engage the guest in a discussion of what they will order by knowing all of the dishes, cocktails, spirits, wines by the glass, and beers.
• Overseeing Prep such as juicing, garnishes, syrups, batches
• Managing a section of the bar or lounge to ensure all guests have excellent service and their needs are met
• Opening and Closing procedures to ensure the cleanliness of the bar

As a Bartender we would love you to have:

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced, quality bar or restaurant
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Be passionate about the hospitality/ cocktail industry.
• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain and follow standards.
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
