Job Title: Cafe Team / Barista
Reports to: Operations Manager/Cafe Leads
Classification: Full-time & Part-time
Starting wage: hourly + tips based on experience

Vice City Bean is a specialty coffee company with 3 Miami locations. As we continue to grow in 2022 we are looking to expand our Cafe/Barista teams. We have an immediate Barista/Cafe Team openings at the following cafes:

• Brickell/Sabadell Financial Center

• Little River/The Citadel Food Hall

Positions are Hourly + Tip Pool (average $17 - $20+ range).

P/T or F/T positions available. We will provide training. Evening/Weekend availability required. You must be dependable, and able to work in a fast multi-task paced environment. If this sounds like fun, come join our amazing team of coffee/hospitality pros!

You should:

have a passion for coffee, great food, and hospitality
want to a part of a team that works hard and does things the right way
have a genuine interest and excitement this industry
have availability for weekends and overall schedule flexibility
have reliable transportation to/from work
have a Florida Food Handler’s Certification or are willing to attain one within 30 days of hire

You will:

be outgoing, engaging, and stay knowledgeable about our coffee, food and other products.
provide excellent hospitality to our customers and your coworkers
take care of customers with an understanding of their time; we serve with accuracy & speed
be engaged in the full cafe operations and constantly improve your skills in regards to daily operations, including:

Customer service
Coffee brewing and drink preparation
Food service
Service ware washing and general cafe cleaning
Restocking supplies

accurately take orders and handle cash and card transactions
