Job Title: Cafe Team / Barista

Reports to: Operations Manager/Cafe Leads

Classification: Full-time & Part-time

Starting wage: hourly + tips based on experience ($17 - $20+ range)

We are currently hiring for all our locations.  Vice City Bean hires based on personality and hospitality values, and ensuring you will enjoy working with our teams.  You will be trained and learn our coffee brewing techniques, so we are okay if your coffee skills need some work.  Most importantly, you need to take pride in your work, support your team and provide genuine service to our customers.  If you feel you are a great fit for Vice City Bean, we would love to meet with you.

Vice City Bean started in 2015 and has grown to be a Miami specialty coffee leader with 3 locations in the city.  We value and support our teams, the backbone to our company.  We offer competitive wages and career opportunities, including management for the right candidates. Vice City Bean has current openings for Cafe Team / Barista Positions.  We are not looking for “superstar baristas”, our teams are focused around everyone being able to perform all roles and supporting each other.  Everyone welcomes guests, makes coffee, serves and prepares food, takes orders and keeps the cafe clean and welcoming.
