Description
Your responsibilities
Performance of the reservations department
Labour productivity and labour forecasting.
Training and development of the reservations team including induction.
Effective use of systems.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed to the correct standards.
Understanding data reports building financial and business performance awareness.
Conversion of inbound enquiries
Manage large party enquiries
Continuous relationship building with customer base.
Work to optimize cover capacity of your venue
Encourage and promote repeat business where possible.
Utilise local networks to help build reputation in local communities.
