Job Title: Support
Location: 1007 Poydras St., New Orleans
Available Shifts: Friday and Saturday Nights, 6pm - 4am
Position Overview:
As a support person, you'll play a critical role in supporting our bar staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and maintaining cleanliness. You'll be responsible for keeping the bar, restrooms, service area, stocked and cleaned throughout the night allowing our servers and bartenders to focus on the guests. This is a loud, faced paced, stressful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize the bar and back bar with liquor, mixers, and garnish.
- Replenish bar supplies behind the bar and in the server areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, guest areas, and restrooms.
- Setting up trash cans, Maintaining trash cans, cleaning trash cans.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast past bar or nightclub is preferred.
- Ability to work late nights, weekends and holidays is Required.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and punctuality are required.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
