Since opening, WatchHouse Hanover has been a huge success. This state of the art space, set in the heart of central London, has become a regular haunt for its locals and tourists alike. The first WatchHouse of it's kind to feature a rare frozen coffee menu and experience for our customers. We are looking for an experience House Manager to join our team on site. This is a great opportunity to join us on an exciting journey. The House Manager position is a demanding but exciting role and this role at WatchHouse is integral in the journey as the organisation positions itself for its next phase of growth.

WatchHouse is a specialty coffee group and roastery, with multiple Houses across London. We are passionate about people, products and spaces and look to elevate our customer's experience of a modern coffee shop environment. We’re looking for someone who can build great relationships within our Houses within the communities they exist in.

We are looking for engaging House Managers to hit the ground running at new WatchHouse locations we are planning to open in the coming months. Our Houses are dynamic environments, leading the way in specialty coffee shop design alongside industry leading coffee and food and a memorable customer experience.

Key aspects of the role:

• Lead, inspire and motivate the team so that everyone performs to their absolute best. Effectively managing the large team on site and working alongside them to deliver a the Modern Coffee experience.

• Drive to build a high performing Houses* focusing on key KPIs. Continuing to look for ways to drive your shop’s financial performance. 

• A people focused manager, always getting the best from the people around them. 

• Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by creating a warm, positive and welcoming. High standards of food and beverage service in a high volume fast paced environment.

• Ensure opens and closes run smoothly, admin and issues are dealt with proactively, and the cafe is always appropriately stocked with products and equipment.

• Encourage and create a vibrant, exciting and sociable place of work.
