What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

You will also have an interest in social media and local marketing, helping us keep our online presence fresh and on brand. This could include capturing simple content in the pub, supporting campaigns and events, and encouraging the team to share the experience that makes our pub special.
