Organizational Structure

The Front Desk Agent will work closely with the Reception staff and Concierge staff and will assist the Guest Relations Manager in designing unforgettable experiences for our guests.

General Duties and Responsibilities
•Check-in and out guests in a timely, luxurious, positive manner
•Handle all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints timely and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction.
•Ensure accurate communication of information and guest requests to and from various departments, associates and guests.
•Analyzes guest preferences and prepares reports for improvement on Guest Satisfaction.
•Responsible for the communication and recording of accurate guest preferences in data base.
•Responsible for achieving and maintaining high guest retention ratio.
•Assist with the delivery of Quality Assurance initiatives in accordance with The Watergate Hotel standards.
•Other duties as assigned
