Restaurant GM
The Watergate Hotel is searching for a dynamic and creative General Manager for Kingbird Restaurant. As the GM you will be responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations within Kingbird.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for line staff throughout the restaurant, bar and In Room Dining operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and staff training.
• Manage daily departmental meetings and develop action plans as needed.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of all new associates.
• Maintain an active presence on the dining room floor, assisting guests and addressing concerns, resolving issues and providing all guests with a distinctly Watergate dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Management Experience
• Experience as a GM in a Fine Dining Restaurant
• Must be able to train and ensure steps of service are followed
• Inventory and Control Operations Experience
• Open Availability
• Independent Operated Restaurants and Bar Experience is a PLUS
