Your duties will include:

• Ensuring the kitchen is maintained in a hygienic tidy state.
• Assisting in receiving and storing goods within the correct areas
• Storing goods in line with the BM Caterers food safety policies and procedures
• Recording deliveries and carrying out due diligence checks
• Making sure food is labelled correctly and out of date food is discarded
• Ensuring kitchen areas, surfaces utensils/tools are clean & disinfected
• Basic vegetable/salad washing/prep if required

With a Food Safety level 2 certificate, you’ll be expected to read our company manuals to obtain a thorough understanding and knowledge of our products and services.
