The Marketing Manager for Strategic Delivery Partnerships is a critical, high-impact leadership role, solely accountable for defining, executing and maximizing digital sales and marketing strategy across the delivery channel, across third-party aggregator (DSP) platforms, including Uber Eats, DoorDash/Deliveroo, and  JustEats. This role owns the strategic roadmap and directly leads cross-functional alignment with internal teams and external partners to ensure maximum revenue and profitable growth. 

This individual will serve as the subject matter expert with full accountability in driving customer acquisition, optimizing promotional efficiency and profitability and elevating brand presence on aggregator platforms. The individual will drive scalable sales and revenue growth in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners.  


Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the strategic partnership roadmap with all Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). This includes negotiating annual terms, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) along with regular check-ins, tracking promotional opportunities, and gathering insights on platform trends and competitor activity. Use these learnings to inform campaign planning and optimize delivery strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the digital product strategy and roadmap across key customer-facing channels, including App, Web, Kiosk, Delivery Integration, Loyalty, Offers Management, CRM, and Analytics.
  • Manage digital operating costs, Digital SOWs and cultivate strong vendor relationships through collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams.
  • Lead global cross-functional alignment with various teams including US and Canada team on executions/learning/reporting and dashboard, collaborate on campaign reporting and analysis to influence future strategy.

Qualifications:
  • Education: ​Bachelors Degree required; ​ Preferred major: Digital, Marketing.   
  • 5+ years delivery marketing experience. 
  • Experience working at or with a large consumer-facing brand.
  • Experience working inside a creative agency, or experience managing creative agency resources.
  • Experience managing projects or campaigns.
  • Experience with building and executing digital testing initiatives.
