The Weyside is one of the busiest and best pubs in Guildford, located on one of the most scenic riversides in the country. We produce premium quality food and drink every day, operating out of two bars and two kitchens. We are now ready to expand our outstanding management team, and offer supported in-house career development opportunities, so if you are already an experienced assistant manager, this is where you really want to work. If you're relatively new to management in pubs, we can develop you, however you must be willing and hard working. Most important of all is that you have a great personality.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
