We’re looking for a Chef de Partie with either pizza or burger experience to step into a unique, independent kitchen role. You’ll typically work solo in one of our two specialised kitchens — burgers or pizza — with another chef working alongside you in the other. No overcrowded line here; it’s your space to own.
? The Setup:
2-3 double shifts per week — get the rest of the week to yourself.
Always 2 chefs on: one running the burger station, one on pizza.
High-speed service focus — 15-minute ticket times are the standard.
You'll be asked to complete a 2-hour trial shift to show your skills.
