As a Kitchen Assistant you will be required to muck in on all aspects of life in the kitchen. You will be involved with preparing food before shifts, maintaining top notch cleanliness standards, cleaning down the kitchen at the end of the night and everything in-between.  

At the Stable we don't like leaving anyone behind and think nobody is above washing a few dishes when needed. So if the idea of using the dishwasher upsets you then we probably can't be friends.
