Who are we looking for?
The Designer – Growth & Commercial is responsible for creating high performing, commercially effective creative that drives growth across Wingstop UK & Ireland.
Sitting within the Brand team and reporting to the Brand Creative Lead, this role partners closely with the Growth function to design creative that supports key commercial priorities including loyalty, occasion marketing, delivery growth, menu optimisation, digital ordering, paid social performance and in restaurant conversion.
This is a hands-on design role focused on delivery and execution at pace. The role will own the production of growth focused creative assets across digital, in store, LSM marketing, CRM and paid media channels, ensuring work is on brand, commercially effective and delivered in line with growth team priorities.
The role requires a designer who understands that good creative does more than look good, it drives action, improves customer experience and supports commercial performance.
