We are seeking outstanding Supervisors with a love for elevated dining experiences & incredible guest experience.
A vibrant, buzzing Japanese restaurant and rooftop cocktail bar, this dynamic venue channels the electric energy of Tokyo after dark. Inspired by the moody allure of Japanese Noir cinema, it blends shadowy intrigue with neon-lit vibrancy, offering a fresh and modern take on Japanese cuisine and culture in West London. The menu reimagines classic dishes with bold flavours and innovative techniques, while expertly crafted cocktails pay homage to Japan’s drinking culture. Whether indulging in exquisite sashimi or sipping highballs under the city skyline, guests are immersed in an atmosphere where tradition meets the avant-garde, and every night feels cinematic.
Split across two stunning floors, with an exquisite Private Dining Room offering breathtaking views over West London, Wolves of Tokyo is a world of dynamic, immersive experiences. We are searching for an inspiring leader to embody this vibrant brand, guiding their team on an unforgettable journey while crafting a service that is as thrilling as it is refined-elevated, electrifying, and endlessly engaging.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
Lead incredible shifts, motivating and driving your team
Ensuring our guests have the best possible experience by delivering outstanding hospitality across your team
Ensuring the venue runs efficiently by setting an example and proactively leading your team and problem solving on shifts
Motivating your team by providing excellent support, training and encouragement
Working with your management team to drive sales in your venue with the support of your team
Proactive planning, preparation and briefing of the team
Bringing ideas, processes and orgainisation to life
Attending training courses to develop your leadership skills and gain certification such as First Aid, Fire Marshalls and Personal Licenses
Having fun, laughing a lot and giving good vibes
