The menu reimagines classic dishes with bold flavours and innovative techniques, while expertly crafted cocktails pay homage to Japan’s drinking culture. Split across two stunning floors, with an exquisite Private Dining Room offering breathtaking views over West London, Wolves of Tokyo is a world of dynamic, immersive experiences. We are searching for an inspiring leader to embody this vibrant brand, guiding their team on an unforgettable journey while crafting a service that is as thrilling as it is refined-elevated, electrifying, and endlessly engaging.

Our Junior Sous Chefs are proactive, detail-oriented leaders in the kitchen. They are true food enthusiasts; creative, passionate, and committed to impeccable standards, while ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.

Supporting with the running of the day-to-day kitchen operations, they ensure that the incredible dishes prepared in our sparkling kitchens are thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support our Chef De Parties, Commis Chefs & Kitchen Porters in maintaining our high standards of service, leading from the front and helping to develop the skills of your team.

We empower our Junior Sous Chefs to be approachable, open, honest & respected, and give them the tools to develop their team & themselves. 



WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

Collaboratively deliver the Wolves of Tokyo Menu with confidence, precision, and pride 

Work closely with the Sous Chef & Head Chef to lead the wider kitchen team to create exceptional guest experiences 

Running the day to day operations of our kitchens

Ensuring we are compliant, clean and safe

Prepping for the day ahead and delegating tasks to the team to ensure success

Supporting with stock management

Creating new and exciting dishes for menu changes and seasonal specials

Training and Developing your team

Lead by example on compliance, safety, and completing e-learning and checklists 

Represent yourself and the Incipio brand with positivity, professionalism, and pride 


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

Previous experience as a Chef in a Japanese restaurant with strong technique 

A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and high standards of food preparation and presentation 

Organised, clean, and confident in maintaining food hygiene, stock rotation, and compliance

A team player who contributes to a calm, collaborative and motivated kitchen culture

Strong communication and willingness to train, mentor, and support junior chefs 

Energy, pace, and a genuine desire to grow your craft within a high-performance kitchen
