We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to help lead our dynamic team and deliver the high standard of hospitality for which Wolfgang Puck is known around the world.

Position Summary:
As a Front of House Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all day-to-day dining room operations, driving service excellence, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings experience from fine dining or upscale, high-volume restaurants and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure that every detail—from team culture to table-side service—is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire service teams to consistently deliver exceptional hospitality

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, floor management, and guest satisfaction

  • Partner with BOH and bar leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Support recruiting, training, and scheduling of FOH staff

  • Monitor and maintain service standards, cleanliness, and overall dining room readiness

  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

  • Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and ordering as needed

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Front of House leadership role

  • Experience in fine dining or upscale, high-volume restaurant environments required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  • Hands-on, guest-focused approach to service

  • Ability to lead with professionalism, poise, and high standards in a fast-paced setting

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
