At Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Disney Springs, we blend the spirit of casual California dining with bold, seasonal flavors that define the Wolfgang Puck experience. We’re currently seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable dining moments for our guests.


What You’ll Do – Areas of Responsibility:

  • Execute food preparation and cooking responsibilities with consistency and attention to detail, ensuring every dish reflects the high standards of the Wolfgang Puck brand

  • Follow established recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines to deliver quality and visual appeal in every plate

  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, following all food safety and health department regulations

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with BOH and FOH teams to ensure guest satisfaction and timely execution

  • Assist with daily prep, inventory, and stock rotation, minimizing waste and supporting kitchen readiness

  • Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and plated according to presentation standards

  • Stay current on menu changes and seasonal features, participating in ongoing culinary training and development

  • Contribute to a team-oriented, respectful kitchen culture where hospitality, accountability, and excellence are always in focus


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience (2 years) as a line cook in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

  • Understanding and knowledge of safely, sanitation, and food handling procedures. 

  • Basic knowledge of production and operations in all relevant kitchen areas. 

  • Ability to communicate and multi-task.

  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods

  • Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team
