We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team and help drive operational success across multiple entities.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing core accounting functions and ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Audit, Treasury, and Banking, as well as the month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities simultaneously

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to streamline accounting procedures

  • Lead internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries

  • Oversee the preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations

  • Oversee tip allocation preparation, ensuring fair and accurate distribution of tips among eligible employees in compliance with labor laws and regulations


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including the supervision of staff

  • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with multi-entity or hospitality systems preferred

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases

  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to direct and supervise a team in a high-performance environment

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet key deliverables

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity

  • Multi-entity Hospitality or Retail industry experience highly preferred
