The Role: Line Cook III

CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Beverly Wilshire is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Line Cook III to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for cooks who are passionate about high-quality ingredients, technique-driven execution, and working within a high-performing fine dining kitchen.

What You Will Do
  • Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship

  • Support the culinary leadership team in upholding CUT and Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred

  • 2+ years' experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment strongly preferred

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow within a chef-driven kitchen

  • Authorization to work in the United States

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate

    • First 9 months: $26.76 (80% of contract rate)

    • Next 9 months: $30.10 (90% of contract rate)
