Serving the best of British cuisine featuring London's oldest butcher, HG Walter's finest selection of meats on the butcher's block, oysters and more. A secret whiskey vault, a speakeasy cocktail bar in the basement called 5cc serving artisan cocktails, ideal for parties and events.

The Role

• As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. 
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen. 
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
