Job description
Sales and Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning and implementing sales, event bookings, marketing initiatives, and product development programs for our restaurant in LA, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties:

1. Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
2. Experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Oversee and assist with design projects.
3. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
4. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
5. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
6. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
7. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote the restaurant.
8. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
