Description
Yard Sale Pizza serve award-winning neighbourhood pizza. We’re a young but growing business currently with 11 sites, offering plenty of career progression for hard working individuals.
We're hiring a highly organised part time kitchen porter who will work in the back of house team, maintaining the BOH kitchen to high standards and supporting the chefs during a busy service. Duties include dish-washing, scraping dough trays, deep cleaning and weekly cleaning tasks. You may also be required to help with prep and running ingredients to the chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
You'll be working with a fantastic team in a fun environment, and we believe in a brilliant work/life balance so you won't be working super-late. We're looking for someone who is motivated and a great team player so you must have a positive attitude. We're able to offer a permanent position and we want our team members to grow with us - you'll have the opportunity to progress to a pizza chef role within the first few months.
The ideal candidate will be able to join us and hit the ground running, so you must have experience as a kitchen porter in a busy restaurant environment, as well as good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and speak English.

The Location: Our third shop south of the river and we are so excited to be joining the Crystal Palace neighbourhood. We’ll be open seven days a week for delivery & collection, plus there’s a few seats to dine in too!
About Us: Yard Sale Pizza fired up the oven in 2014, starting with weekly supper clubs from our backyard in Hackney. We now offer delivery, dine-in and takeaway in 11 of our favourite neighbourhoods. Known for our collaborations, we’ve teamed up with illustrators, musicians, international chefs & local eateries- all on the quest for the perfect pie!
