Yuco is attempting to become one of the top destination restaurants in New York. Yuco's unique cuisine, a haute cuisine Yucatan menu, high end wine list, and experimental bar program will make Yuco the single most important restaurant opening in New York in 2021.
To obtain our goal of becoming one of the best Michelin starred restaurants in the city, we deeply understand the importance of great service. The position of server is really about being a brand ambassador for the restaurant, a trusted guide for the clients culinary experience, and a relationship manager with the members of the high end New York restaurant food scene.
