An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Night Host - Guest Service Agent to be part of the Front of House Team at Zedwell Hotel, located in Greenwich.

We are a passionate and creative company looking to bring innovation into to our real-estate, hotels, and other parts of our business. We are looking for a Zedwell Host, who will make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, protected, and valued.

If you are passionate about wellbeing and good nights sleep and if your next role involves drive and passion for innovation, in a fast-paced environment, then we would be delighted to hear from you.

With six hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Host to join our team.

What you will be doing

You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure our guests receive a heart-warming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guests’ services.

As a Host, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach. 

What are we looking for

• A positive individual that is excited to be part of a fun Team
• Driven to deliver results
• Minimum 1 year in a Front Office Role in a similar property
