Housekeeping Departmental Trainer

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Housekeeping Departmental Trainer to be part of the Housekeeping Team at Criterion Hospitality.

With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.

As Housekeeping Departmental Trainer your responsibilities include assisting the Head Housekeeper in the management, preparation, set up and service of the Hotel (including Health & Safety and COSHH procedures) through maintaining and improving the standards and quality of service.

Duties will include:

• To carry departmental induction programmes for new starters to the required standards

• To train all new Housekeeping starters to the required standards and to monitor closely thereafter

• To prepare implement and follow up on initial departmental training plans for new employees

• To review and update the departmental training plan and record monthly

• To carry out the required administration record for any training in the department

• To lead and manage Health & Safety policies for the department
