As a Reservations Agent at Zuma, every guest interaction sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience, you’ll play a crucial role in managing customer calls and inquiries with efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care. Join our team for the summer season 2025, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of our brands ensuring accurate data entry and system updates for all reservations
  • Manage customer calls efficiently, amending bookings, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Recognize and accommodate regular guests and VIPs, monitor waiting lists, and maximize seating capacity to enhance the guest experience
  • Actively work closely with the Reception and Events teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Notify the Reservations Manager of any issues, and provide a thorough handover during shift changes for smooth operations
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reservations system to efficiently confirm, cancel, and adjust bookings as required
