Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dining, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with restaurant service during peak hours
• Support front-of-house or back-of-house operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
