Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Create connections with guests by offering personalized drink recommendations that elevate their experience
  
• Take the reins of bar operations when senior management isn’t around, keeping everything running smoothly
  
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to consistently deliver top-tier service
  
• Keep stock levels in check and place timely orders to ensure nothing runs dry
  
• Share the latest menu updates with the team so every drink is served with precision and flair
  
• Ensure the bar stays spotless, organized, and up to all safety and hygiene standards
