Description

The IT Manager will support all Azumi US locations by managing IT infrastructure, hardware, and systems, while overseeing third-party Managed Support Providers (MSPs). This individual acts as the bridge between restaurant teams and technical partners, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and secure technology environment. This role requires travel across all US Azumi locations to provide hands-on support and lead IT-related initiatives, including new restaurant openings.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues across all US locations
  • Manage and liaise with external MSPs, ensuring effective resolution of incidents and system challenges
  • Oversee installation and configuration of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud systems, and POS terminals
  • Lead and implement IT initiatives and upgrades, including POS and reservation platforms, security protocols, and connectivity improvements
  • Project manage and set up IT systems for new restaurant openings, ensuring readiness and functionality from day one
  • Take swift action to resolve critical IT disruptions and propose or implement alternative solutions when needed
  • Be available during urgent IT situations and provide hands-on assistance when needed

 

What We Look For

Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience, preferably in a hospitality or multi-site business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Azure and Office365
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, server configuration, and cloud services
  • Capable of working autonomously while balancing multiple ongoing projects and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a high sense of urgency
  • Microsoft certifications (MCSE or equivalent) are a plus
  • Ability to travel to all Azumi US locations as needed
