JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of the role is to oversee day to day seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service whilst ensuring financial and statutory requirements are met, support is given to deliver an outstanding customer service and teams are supported in their continues professional and personal development.


MAIN DUTIES:

  • Delegate daily tasks to the team, ensuring food and service standards are met.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and report to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of actions to enhance restaurant operations.
  • Assist in controlling costs while maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead daily briefings, support team training, and manage performance through regular feedback.
