JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of the role is to ensure seamless running of the Reception department and driving turnover, whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service and maximising revenue opportunities.


MAIN DUTIES:

  • Lead the reception team, focusing on guest satisfaction and efficient service.
  • Manage reservations and optimize revenue through effective booking strategies.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate important updates with the management team.
  • Drive group bookings and leverage the brand profile.
