JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this job is to contribute to the seamless operation of the restaurant by delivering highly efficient and effective service, maintaining standards, and pro-actively anticipating customer needs.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Deliver professional service, ensuring smooth guest interactions.
- Stay informed about the restaurant’s menu items and allergens.
- Manage reservations and oversee deposit handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Guide and support junior reception staff.
